Our signature Essential and Dynamic Power Flow classes are crafted to build energy while exploring strength and fluidity and great for anyone who has a regular practice or a strong sense of body awareness. For those looking for softer edges or deep release Slow Flow, Flow + Mellow, and Maven Mellow are where it’s at. Our classes are candlelit, moody, and temperature controlled. For those ready to dive deeper, Dynamic Power Flow offers a vigorous practice that will push your edge both physically and mentally. Expect more complex sequences, layered transitions, and opportunities to explore advanced postures. While this class is designed for those seeking intensity, every student is always invited to adjust the practice—choosing when to lean into growth or when to rest and simplify.

Rooted in breath connection and the balance of movement and stillness, Essential Power Flow makes the spirit of Power Flow accessible to all levels. Sequences are thoughtfully crafted to build strength and fluidity without being overwhelming, offering plenty of space for exploration and personal choice. Students will be guided through with options to simplify or amplify postures, ensuring everyone finds the right balance of challenge and ease.
Essential Power Flow class is heated to 98°.

Slow Flow is a slower paced, all-levels, heated yoga class designed to physically challenge through longer holds and slower breath to movement transitions. Although it's designed with softer edges and to move a little bit slower there is still plenty of opportunity to go deep into your practice. Customizing the practice to meet you where you're at is always encouraged. This class is more moderate and great for all levels of practice.
Slow Flow is heated to 93°.

This class blends the best of both worlds. The first half of class (Flow) is designed to ignite breath and get energy moving while the second half (Mellow) implements slow, patient holds with the support of blocks, straps, and bolsters to encourage deep release.
Flow + Mellow is warmed to 90°.

Rooted in yin yoga, Maven Mellow is a beautiful complement to a more vigorous yoga practice. Students will move slowly between poses that primarily target the hips, pelvis, and spine; holding each posture for 3-5 minutes to release the deep connective tissue (fascia) that can become dense and inflexible. As a result, Maven Mellow promotes mobility, healing, and deep relaxation and is suitable for students at all levels.
Maven Mellow is warmed to 80°.
